- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Where do I start... I called to talk about getting a mortgage and was prompt to leave a voicemail several times. Finally 2 weeks later she called me and I talk to her and explained to her what I wanted and that I wanted to do a pre approval. Some of my questions she had to get back to me on. That's no big deal. I waited and waited and about a 5 to 6 weeks later here I am, writing this review. I still have heard from her. I'll be canceling my checking and savings from these guys.
